Information you provide

The enquiry draft is edited in your browser and temporarily saved in sessionStorage so it can survive language changes in the same tab. Copy places the draft on your device clipboard. The email button opens your email app for you to review and send. This website has no server form that directly submits an enquiry. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Emails you send may include your name, contact details, business needs and attachments. I receive and handle them through Google Workspace to reply, discuss services and follow up on our work. Email contents are not sent to Google Analytics as website events. Enquiries are retained only for as long as needed to handle them, deliver our work or meet applicable obligations.

Website delivery and providers

Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects this website. It processes technical information such as IP addresses and requests to provide these services. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for overall website performance measurement, which does not use analytics cookies. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 load only after you choose Allow analytics. They do not load when you choose Necessary only or have not chosen. Earlier interactions are not replayed after consent. The website and email enquiry tools remain available.

Analytics includes pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, traffic sources, scrolling and service enquiry, email link, successful draft copy and language switch events. Custom events use fixed service categories and languages, not draft text or full mailto links. General URL parameters are removed; standard UTM and advertising click identifiers are retained for attribution. Do not include personal information in campaign URL parameters.

Google signals and advertising personalisation are not enabled by this site. GA4 user and event data retention is set to 14 months without restarting on new activity; aggregated reports are not subject to that limit. Google may process data outside Hong Kong. Cookies, storage and your choices

• Necessary preference: localStorage key philip-consent-v1 remembers your choice. We ask again after 180 days. This preference is not sent for analytics.
• Enquiry draft: sessionStorage keys philip-enquiry-* temporarily store drafts in the current tab. Ending the tab session or clearing site data removes them.
• Optional analytics: after consent, cookies such as _ga and _ga_* may be set with a 180-day expiry configured by this site. Later activity may update their expiry.
• Internal test exclusion: philip-analytics-excluded is stored only in browsers where exclusion is enabled. It is not a visitor identifier.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawal disables Google analytics, clears accessible GA cookies and reloads the page. It does not automatically erase information already processed. You can also clear site data in your browser. If preference storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Email me to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or to raise a concern. I will verify the request and handle it in line with applicable obligations. This site does not collect names or emails to link individual Analytics visitors, so analytics associated with a pseudonymous identifier may not be identifiable from your email address.

If services or data handling change, I will update this page and its date. New optional tracking purposes will be presented for a fresh choice.
